• By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Innov App Labs.

2. Services

• Innov App Labs provides mobile app development services as described on our website. The scope of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract between Innov App Labs and the client.
• Any changes to the project scope after agreement will be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for services will be agreed upon before the project begins. A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work, and the remaining balance will be due upon project completion, or according to the terms outlined in the contract.
• Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until the payment is received.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined under the termination section of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide all necessary content, information, and resources required for Innov App Labs to complete the project on time.
• Delays caused by the client in providing the necessary materials or approvals may result in project delays, for which Innov App Labs is not responsible.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the completed project will be transferred to the client.
• Innov App Labs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private. Confidential information includes any non-public information shared during the course of the project.
• Innov App Labs will not disclose or use the client’s confidential information for any purpose outside the scope of the project.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Innov App Labs provides its services "as is" without any guarantees or warranties regarding the performance or security of the completed mobile app, outside of what is outlined in the project agreement.
• We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Innov App Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• In any event, the maximum liability of Innov App Labs for any claim arising out of the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a material breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed must be settled. Innov App Labs will provide any work completed up to the date of termination once payment is received.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Innov App Labs services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration within the jurisdiction of Mountain Home, AR.
