At Innov App Labs, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every project. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any project. This deposit covers the initial setup, planning, and resources allocated to your project.
  • Once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded, even if the client decides to cancel the project before work begins.

2. Project Cancellation

  • If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has begun, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.
  • The refundable portion will be calculated after deducting the work completed up to the cancellation date, as well as the non-refundable deposit.
  • If the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Failure to Deliver: If Innov App Labs fails to deliver the agreed-upon project as outlined in the contract without prior notice or reasonable cause, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Significant Delays: If the project experiences significant delays due to reasons attributable to Innov App Labs, clients may request a partial refund based on the impact of the delay.
  • Scope Misalignment: If the delivered work does not match the scope agreed upon in the contract, Innov App Labs will work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be considered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Client Delays: If delays are caused by the client (e.g., late submission of required content, feedback delays, or failure to respond), no refunds will be issued.
  • Change in Project Scope: Any changes or additions to the project scope that require additional work are not eligible for a refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with Design Choices: Refunds will not be issued due to personal dissatisfaction with design choices after approval has been provided at each stage of the development process.

5. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding the quality or completion of the project, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation. Refunds will be considered as a last resort.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request via email to ceo@innovapplabs.pro within 14 days of the event leading to the refund claim. The request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

7. Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, Innov App Labs will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

8. Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to review, and the final decision will be made by Innov App Labs. Once a decision has been made, it will be considered final and binding.
